"Do you provide a manufacturer's warranty on furniture?
All furniture has a 24-month warranty, if the manufacturer has not specified a longer warranty period. The warranty period starts from the day of furniture delivery.
What if we have received damaged furniture or if a part is missing?
If you have received furniture with a defect, please send us pictures or other visual material (such as a picture or video) to the e-mail address help@easyhome.lv . Our warranty department will assess the situation and contact you about possible solutions.
How long do I have to wait for warranty parts?
Delivery time for warranty parts ranges from 15 to 45 calendar days. The exact delivery time depends on each supplier individually.
What if I want to return the furniture?
If you want to return the furniture, please contact us by e-mail help@easyhome.lv , by phone +371 20437110 or by filling out the return form, which you can find in the 'Warranty and liability' section of our website. It is important that the furniture is disassembled and in the original packaging. Furniture returns will be processed within 10 business days. We will refund the amount paid by bank transfer within three working days after confirming the return of the furniture.
