Warranties and Returns

1. General Terms 1.1. These terms govern the relationship between Decor Hub Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We," "Our," or "Store") and you (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Buyer") in relation to furniture and related products purchased from our online store. .

2. Order 2.1. Placing an order in our store means concluding an offer to purchase the product in accordance with our terms.

3. Delivery of Goods 3.1. We provide delivery to the territory of Latvia. Delivery time and cost may vary by location.

4. Product Return and Warranty 4.1. The product warranty is provided in accordance with the law. However, the warranty does not cover:

   • For furniture that was used for unexpected purposes.
   • If the rules of transportation, installation, operation, storage and maintenance of goods are not followed.
   • For lighting bulbs and transformers.
   • Natural wood and leather color texture changes are not a manufacturing defect.
   • The size of upholstered furniture can vary +/- 7 cm.
   • For furniture that has suffered as a result of unforeseen (force majeure) situations.
   • Goods that are damaged due to the buyer's fault.
   • You can request the return or exchange of the product by sending an e-mail to the address help @easyhome.lv or by calling +37120437110
   • Working hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00-17:00
   • Please clearly state the reason you would like to return or exchange the item in your email, and include your name, order number and phone number. Please be sure to also include a picture of the product damage or discrepancy when sending it to the email address. We will process your request as soon as possible to provide you with the best service. Thank you for your cooperation!
   • In order for the deadline for the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient if the Buyer submits or sends his notice of exercising the right of withdrawal to the Seller before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, which is 14 days!
   • Shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer.
   • The money will be refunded no later than 14 days after Easyhome.lv has received the returned product and recognized it as unused and undamaged. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • If you return the product claiming that it is defective, Easyhome.lv will check the returned product and inform you about the refund by e-mail within a reasonable time.
   • When returning the product, you are responsible for it until the product is received at the Easyhome office "address"
   • If you want to exchange or return goods, you must bring them to the office of SIA "Easyhome".

6. Prices and Payment Terms 6.1. All prices are indicated in Latvian euros (EUR). More information about price terms and payment methods is available on the website.

7. Dispute Resolution 7.1. If the Buyer does not agree with the Seller's response to a written claim, then the Buyer (natural person, consumer) can submit his request/complaint to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the Consumer Disputes Resolution Commission.
